Abstract:
Novel berberine derivatives with annelated four-membered sulfone rings were synthesized. Cycloaddition of alkanesulfonyl chlorides to dihydroberberine occurred with high stereoselectivity and formed a single stereoisomer. © 2021, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.
