Abstract:
The decay rates of radical reduced transients (RRTS) of aryltrimethylammonium cations (5 x 10(3)-2.5 x 10(8) s-1) and the reduction potentials of RRT decay products E1/2 = - (1.06-1.47) V (vs. SCE) have been determined in water using photoelectron injection.
