Abstract:
As demonstrated by 1Hand 13C NMR spectroscopy the interaction of 1,2,3,3,4,5,6,6-octamethyl-1,4-cyclohexadiene with cations RS+ (R = CH3, C6H5, C6F5) and RSe+ (R = C6H5, C6F5) results in formation of π-complexes of type with lack of nonclassic interaction between episulfonium or episelenium cycle and a double bond not directly bonded. The complexes studied are not prone to π,π-rearrangement. ©1998 MAHK "Hayka/Interperiodica".
