Abstract: Structures of plant furanolabdanoids and synthetic schemes for a series of furanolabdanoids (coronarins A and E, hedychenone, acuminolide and 17-O-acetylacuminolide) from the available diterpenoids sclareol and larixol were reviewed. Attention was focused on transformations of available furanolabdanoids. Data on the biological activity of native metabolites and their synthetic derivatives were presented.
