Abstract:
Spin-labeled alpha-tocopherol succinyl derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of alpha-tocopherol succinate with 4-amino-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxyl, 3-aminomethyl-2,2,5,5-tetramethylpyrrolidine-1-oxyl, and 3-amino-2,2,5,5-tetramethylpyrrolidine-1-oxyl. Acylation of spin-labeled trolox amides by succinic anhydride produced the corresponding spin-labeled trolox amide succinyl derivatives.
