Abstract: Reactions of pentafluorophenyl-containing chalcones with 4-hydroxypiperidine leads to the nitrogen atom substitution for the fluorine atom at position 4. Polyfluorinated hydroxypiperidinyl-substituted chalcones that obtained give the corresponding O-acrylates in the reactions with acryloyl chloride.
