Abstract: Chemical composition of ethereal extract of internal layer of Siberian fir bark was investigated by column adsorption chromatography, NMR spectra, GLC and HLPC. Free fatty acids, di- and triglycerides, esters of sterols, polyprenols and dolihols, hydrocarbons, including sesquiterpenes, paraffins and squalene are found. Triterpenoids, diterpene acids are absent in this plant material.
