Abstract: Methods of column ion exchange chromatography of oligonucleotides were developed which, when combined with the use of a microspectrophotometer, allow the amount of substance necessary for analysis to be reduced by 100 to 1000 times as compared with the usual scale. The possibilities of the method were demonstrated on an example of separating and identifying the oligonucleotides of a pyrimidyl ribonuclease hydrolyzate of valine tRNA.
