Abstract: 1,3-Dipolar cycloaddition of 3-carboxy-6-fluoro-1-ethyl-4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinolin-7-yl(methylene) amine oxide to a large number of dipolarophiles: cis-and trans-aliphatic alkenes possessing different electron densities on the double bond, mono-, bi-, and tricyclic alkenes containing strained and unstrained double C=C bonds, and also natural alkenes of the monoterpene series, yields the corresponding substituted tetrahydroisoxazole derivatives.
