Diterpeno glycoside stevioside - producent of Stevia rebaudiana was investigated as pharmacon-clathrating agent, alkaloid lappaconitine was taken as pharmacon. The conducted tests on rats produced one more evidence for the hypothesis, according to which decreasing of therapeutic dose of pharmacons at clathrate formation with glycosides is a specific property of terpenoid glycosides capable of supramolecular structure formation in vivo.
