                            Abstract:
Oxidation of 1,2-bishydroxylamines having one or two hydroxylamino groups at a secondary carbon atom(s), by sodium hypobromite, leads to 3,4-dihydro-1,2-diazete 1,2-dioxides; treatment of 1,2-nitroso oxime with nitric acid or N2O4 gives 3,4-dihydro-3-nitro-1,2-diazete 1,2-dioxide. © 1992, jointly by The Russian Academy of Sciences and The Royal Society of Chemistry (Turpion Ltd).
