Abstract: Abstract: Successive reactions of pentafluoronitrobenzene with resorcinol, orcinol, andtetrafluororesorcinol in acetonitrile in the presence of triethylamine affordedpolyfluorinated ABAB and ABAC tetraoxacalix[4]arenes. Analysis of the1H and 19F NMR spectraof the synthesized oxacalixarenes indicated high conformational mobility of theresorcinol and tetrafluororesorcinol fragments of their molecules due tointeraction with the solvent. © 2020, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
