Abstract: Abstract: A method for generating cefazolin aerosol particles with sizes from 80 to 1400 nm is presented. By an example of pulmonary administration of the aerosol on laboratory animals (mice), it is shown that this cefazolin delivery technique is close in efficiency to intravenous injection. © 2020, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
