Abstract:
N-Terpene-containing amino acid derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of dimeric nitroso chlorides, which were prepared from 3-carene, alpha-pinene, and limonene, with simplest amino acids or their esters. In the case of 3-carene and alpha-pinene, the corresponding adducts are formed stereospecifically.
